Up and attem fairly early this morning to try and find a car park close enough to the railway station. No luck in the car park, so it was quite a walk from the place Paul did find.
On the train once again into the city. I was gasping for a coffee, as we'd not made one before leaving. Makkers was close at hand as we came up the elevator or escalator. But it was ghastly when I finally got it.
Today, we drove from Madison, WI to Chicago and arrived in the city around 9:30 am. I had found, through a search on the internet, that you could park RVs in McCormick Place. McCormick Place is a convention center just off the interstate in downtown. They have a 24 hour manned parking lot for trucks, buses, and RVs....and only $30/night. And, it is only 3 miles from Jeff and Malia's apartment.
