... Welsh girl who asked if we wanted to share a taxi with her, she was so lovely but talked alot and we were so tired talking was the last thing we wanted to do! (Believe it or not!!) Taxi driver couldn't seem to find the way to Koah San road (the main tourist road in Bangkok) we had a better idea where it was and we've never been to Bangkok before!!! But gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was his first day or something! Somehow we arrived at our ...

... morning!). So tomorrow (Fri 16th) we are heading south west of Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. We've booked one night there at the moment but may stay for two. The plan is then to be back in Bangkok for Sun 18th so we can get our first over night train to Chiang Mai. We've loved the first few days but they have been intense and somewhat of a culture shock! So we're looking forward to getting out of the city and having a relaxing couple of days by the river Kwai. Stay tuned everyone... Next stop ...

... no idea how far you are going and also finding it hard to stand up straight proved long time wise but a enjoyable endeavour none the less. It was only when in the taxi that we realized how close we were staying to Ko San road, a road famous for teenage hippies trying to find themselves through travelling but only really finding ping pong shows and cheap booze, well come back to it later. Another thing we realized in the taxi and is probably more interesting is how much at ...
