... chicken is only a tiny bit spicy. Good coleslaw. Desserts--coconut cream pie (excellent), sweet potato (not very sweet; wouldn't get again), and Jamaican Me Crazy brownie (really dark chocolate lovers delight). Nice to have a break from the barbeque (only my opinion).

... dressed in long pants and t-shirts thinking it would be chilling. It didn't take us long to realise that this was a bad idea, very hot and sweaty when we got back to our room. We cranked up the air conditioner and were soon nice and cool again.

As our room overlooked the Mississippi, we got to witness an absolutely gorgeous sunset over the water. After watching the sun set, we made our way down to Tug's Restaurant ...

... in Memphis was to celebrate Steve's birthday and unbeknown to him he was booked on a Pink Cadillac tour of the city. So this started with a visit to the legendary Peabody Hotel to see the daily duck parade from the rooftop to the fountain in the foyer. Hard to believe that every day, twice a day in fact, this draws more than 50 people to watch 4 ducks waddle down a red carpet and jump into a fountain.....but it does....and we loved it! ... 68’ special exhibit, Elvis’ Hawaii concerts, movies and more exhibits. Each one ending in gift shops and there was really some unique stuff there.

We had a quick lunch at Rockabilly’s Burger Shop which looked like an old soda fountain. The first burger I have had on this trip.

The most interesting part of this visit was his outfits and I had forgot about all of his flashy attire that he wore. I cannot ...
