... it made some green sparkly lights.

With my girl we just ran in the waves and had so much fun.
We just couldn’t stop laughing. And it was although scary because on Friday,
when we went to the beach we saw on the sand some really, really big jellyfish.
Even a purple one. So we were afraid that one would touched us, or even a
shark. So we didn’t run to far away. I felt so free and connected to earth. I
    will never forget this moment.

I really LOVE Cape Town! Being with family. The animals. Sunsets and sunrises on mountains. New friends. Hot and sweaty, and utterly rewarding, hiking. Forests. Long stretches of beautiful beaches. 'Howzits' and 'now nows'. Being outdoors. Sunshine and blue skies (and wind!!). Diverse culture. Vineyards. Bustling markets. New year summer concert. Swimming in the dam. DVD nights. Cycling amongst zebras with a Table Mountain backdrop. Good mornings and hellos shared amongst ...

While I listened to my music, I continued to work on my current event story on Oscar Pistorius. After about 2 hours of working on that I ...

... weekly Sunday hike. They are definitely in shape! We trekked through beautiful rainforest-like trails, passing waterfalls and swinging on vines. After a few hours we reached Kirstenbosh, the area's botanical gardens. We filled ourselves with cake and coffee before making our way back to a memorial monument near the cars. That night Ofer had a date, so Mark and I took the opportunity for our own. We went to the mall for the typical dinner and a movie. It was ...

... whilst boarding. They work very well when taken before sleep… but not ideal to take before a 12 hour shift at work as Fatima recently discovered, taking one by mistake instead of an antihistamine!

After settling into our hotel we set out in the hot and sunny weather to the 'V&A Waterfront'. Here we enjoyed wandering the harbour, watching lazy seals sleep and listening to lively African bands. References to Nelson Mandela pop up everywhere you go and ...
