    ... enjoyed a meal of Papa Javier's pinto beans & Uncle Diego's potato salad. As usual, the Beaty-Holguin clan treated us like royalty! We sampled delicious food from many local restaurants--from classic Mexican at the legendary KIKI's to scrumptious burgers from a food truck located at The Boardwalk--a "food truck court"in El Paso.     ... ve been exit 408. So, we get here and I go and check in and the redneck moron at the desk immediately says basically the direction issue is not his problem. He will pass it on to the boss, who will not be back for two weeks.     ... Christmas tree in a Sundance square. I headed in for a look, the place was teeming with over excited children. There were 130 floats. Some very elaborate including a helicopter decked up in LEDs. 'Cowtown' is famous for cowboys and rodeo and there's an indoor rodeo every Saturday night at the cowtown coliseum.
