... to go, out the door, headed to my next adventure, which turned out to be a property in North Georgia loaded with lady bugs, and when I say loaded, I mean they outnumbered me 600 to one.

The house with the ladybugs called to mind a movie I love, which you may have heard of; it’s called, Under the Tuscan Sun, released in 2003, starring Diane Lane. San Francisco writer, Frances Mayes, was looking at ...

... you a shakedown to help you cut what you don't need and drop weight. I didn't get a shakedown as I am fine with my weight and I think the only extra thing I have is too much food (I'm not even resupplying in Neel Gap), but Co-ed spent a thousand dollars and dropped 15 pounds, an amazing feat. ... I woke up at Stover around 7 and was able to get moving by 8:30. The day started off gold and wet, but the sun came out in the afternoon and it turned out to be an awesome day. I hiked a total of around 13 miles on Tuesday, and they were tough. The tallest mountain of the day was Sassafras which included a 600 foot climb followed by another mountain. Needless to say by the time I got to Gooch Shelter I was exhausted. I have never in my life been happier eating ...

After a small pit stop at a health clinic in Birmingham, and fighting our way through stand-still traffic through Atlanta, we are finally here! By here I mean Amicalola State Park, the starting point for the Appalachian Trail. Me, my family, Will, and Jessie are spending a couple days in the state park before me and Will hit the trail. I think I should take some time to explain who Will is considering I ...
