I looked about and our table was the only one with this arrangement as the others had males and females randomly seated on each side of their table. I guess the really strange thing aboot our seating arrangement was Jil and I stuck to our guns and did not exchange places with one another. ... to do what they need to do in order to succeed. It's been interesting to see all 750 of them start off their college experience and remember when I was a freshmen. I do not envy the first year students since it is an awkward time but part of me misses that initial excitement and opportunity to explore a new place. Who knows how long the novelty will last but I can say it's bittersweet to see none of the less.
