... 8217;ve had yet. Em has adopted noodle soup as brekkie of choice. I’m still not convinced! We spent the whole day at the rather nice beach, all 6km of it. We settled ourselves at the Sailing Club, the "coolest" spot in town. The loungers were ultra comfy, water very expensive and the waves pretty huge and crashing. Nevertheless we braved them, vowing to hold onto each other for dear life. That lasted for one ...

Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam snurras... not uncommon to see lots of people on their bikes around 6.30am but we hadn't seen people exercising like this before.

Nha Trang was a great little stop off and finally we were able to just lie on the beach and swim. Even though we are on holiday, it's pretty hectic traveling, uncomfortable bus/train journeys, early starts etc - it's harder than working!! So was a nice relief to laze on the beach. We also had our first massage on the beach which was great.<br ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam kimandluke... very little sleep on the bus last night, but went straight out for the best breakfast I've had in weeks - Eggs Benedict, yummy...

Decided it was too hot to walk around, and as there's a nice beachfront promenade, I hired a bicycle - great fun! Ended up at the Sailing Club beach bar, now that was lovely, although it's the sort of place where all the beautiful people go, and as I rolled up on my bike ...
Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam karenpelhamnah trang is brilliant and i would easily recommend it to anyone coming to vietnam! a 6km beach bordered with palm trees, beach bars and lounging areas, what more could you ask for? how about any number of beautiful restaurants and cool bars all at reasonable prices! it even has an irish bar! and of course we nipped in for one, just for nastalgic purposes! we were supposed to have 3 nights here but ended up stayin for 6. the first day was spent on the beach, flakecd ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam marklawless1... on the top of the boat we had a floating bar in the sea- consisting of a wooden floating ring with a guy sat in the middle with a crate of red wine floating behind the boat. We had to swim out to him to get some wine and pineapple, it was quite difficult trying to swim and have your plastic up topped up with wine! Our next stop was to a beach island where we sat and chilled, reading on the beach for an hour before having a fruit party on the boat of lots of different native fruits. Our ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam karkade... guy. After a few giggles, myself and Alice left to go to another bar situated on the beach, said our goodbyes to the guys, and then bumped into them in the beach bar. Cue some bucket cocktails and pounding techno music. The place was a-mazing, and after a few more drinks we were raving away. Never before have I sweated so much, it was so unbelievably hot. It was a top night, but morning after wasn't so great.

We awoke to a phone call from the receptionist ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam jay85jayNot much to say Nha Trang, it's a fairly drab town with a pretty good beach and more tourists than we have been used to. We spent the day sunning ourselves on loungers that were more comfortable than most of the beds we have slept in. Then had a memorable night getting drunk on the beach followed by some silly dancing and my first big bad hangover of the trip.... Ouch....
Nha Trang, Vietnam oldskoolflash... hotel, to be ready. Wicked. Went up to the room and dumped our gear before having some breakfast. Took a wander around and I found that none of my cards worked. YAY. I ended up calling from the hotel room's phone (which I didnt pay for - WIN) to Nationwide and RBS; both of whom I told about me going away. Apparently some banks (i.e. foreign ones) can block access to some cards. Both banks in England told me my cards aren't blocked and should be working fine ...
