    ... Sunshine Camping Area along the way being a beauty and we'll stop here next time - to the small town of Rico. We stayed with friends here who have been living here for over 40 years from when the town was still a hard rock mining community. They have a mining lease (which they don't work) up the mountain - with a 'yurt' on it - it's an absolute beauty. They go there when the town gets too busy!

    ... the wheel and pulling over to let people pass was my style.

    2) We may be a good cure for SW Colorado's drought since the rain followed us all the way down the mountain.

    3) Flexibility is important on a vacation, especially one this long. We are pretty good at making the best of what comes our way.
