A must have is a Coral Sea view apartment, definately worth the extra fee. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, even though our children had to sleep on sofas in lounge. Some of the external corridors are looking tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beach towels provided from Reception. Many different pools spread over complex. Free island buses are very regular from Reception. Must do sunset at One Tree Hill..

I was supposed to land on my bum, but there was no wind, so we were able to walk into our landing. At this point, I finally did feel safe!

For the rest of the day we chilled out around the apartment's pool and picked up things for our sailing on the Whitsundays.

... well apart from our group was in the lead vehicle with a trailer on the back and a roof rack on top, and the tour guide! So there was no chance we was driving that vehicle.. I was quite annoyed but we got on the road, then the beach and onto the ferry over to Fraser Island, it's soo much bigger than I thought it would be!! The first thing we had to do was find a place to make camp.. We set up camp on the sand dumes behind the beach, was pretty cool!! Half the team had to ...
