... tear to everyone's eye. It's just a shame it was so cold!! So as you can tell, since landing in the UK I've been incredibly busy with lots of wedmin (as my cousins wife calls it) but also sorting myself out. ... Visited an ASDA store which is a kind of cross between The Warehouse and a supermarket. Some very good prices!

  • Only downside was that most shops and the mall closed at 4pm which seemed a bit early.
  • We also took a photo of me outside Stranton Church, mainly for mum's benefit. Brienne felt a bit cold today but overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing ...

    ... we found that the tail wind that we'd not realised was helping us along was now blasting us in the side, luckily it was only a short distance before we turned east and it began to push us on our way. Down to Clay bank where the drop bags were, people hadn't eaten all of their goodies so I was able to take a chia charge flapjack for the next section over the Sisters of Steele. 21 miles 4 hours 20, still under 5 miles an hour.
