... I had an overwhelming urge to return home to my bed and watch Netflix for the rest of my life. I was scared. "No quiero!" emerged from somewhere deep inside of me. My mom calmly assured me that I did indeed want to go on this trip I had been planning for so long.

What I do know is that some of my time will be spent Down Under visiting friends I've met traveling, as well as attempting yoga teacher certification (location to be determined). Until then, I'll be adjusting to the cold, dark Canadian winter with lattes and a fireplace.
