- they have lived through a war and have many sad stories and injuries
- the people are generally friendly and helpful
- this was the hardest place for us to find food we liked, it's there we were just worried about the street vendors and getting sick near the end of our trip
- rats and cockroaches are not uncommon ( in most of the countries)

... we were going first class in the bag section of the plane. Wellllll how wrong were we did you know it got down to -30c in the hold of those planes and we were so lucky Stewart had packed his spare undies and a tshirt or else we would of frozen it was so cold i could not even abuse Baz,but soon we were in Edmonton and out of there warming up in the sun as we walked from the plane to the baggage section and there was Val sitting there waiting for us.

... reasonable. There was a very long queue at customs, so our assistant found another passport control to take us through and then we hopped on a shuttle bus to get to our next gate. We would have never made that connection had we not had the wheelchair assistance for my mom. I told my mom she will always have to travel with me in the future so I can jump all those long queues!
