          ... there were six ships so the population increased by about 20,000. Next we went to Santorini's highest point Mountain of Prophet of Elijah which is 2000ft above sea level and has speculator views of the island.           ... that lined it, its not as well setup as black sand because they don't want to encourage to many people too stay a long time, this beach was closed almost all of last season because the cliffs are very prone to sliding onto the beach itself.
          Just to get down to the beach you have to climb over previous rock slips but once we were down the bay itself looked really inviting, sadly the beach was covered in litter which was a shame.

          We walked up the narrow streets of Fira heading to the top. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill near where the cable cars going up and down to the harbor come up.
