So heavenly to have all afternoon to talk about our dreams, what we worried about and our hopes for the future of our family. ... I got ready for the day and caught a public bus down into Fira/Thira to send some postcards. After a walk around town and over to the other side of the island I hadn't yet seen I found a little supermarket and got some picnic supplies to take down to the black beach at Perissa. I bought some mini crunchy toasts, spreadable cheese, salami, olives and cherry tomatoes and jumped on the next available bus. It took about 20 minutes to get to Perissa which was ...
