... to Iddesleigh for lunch, the pub there is where the author of War Horse got his inspiration for the book and the pub - Duke of York actually is mentioned in the book. It is a typical English country village, we had to travel along hedge lined NARROW lanes to get there and there were quaint thatched houses, we went for a walk around the cemetery which was interesting. ... finally get it started. Having the delay in Brisbane was good because that meant we didn't have so long to wait in China, It was pretty busy there and we had to get a bus out to the plane.

... had dinner and breakfast with him. He's a class act and hopefully his migration application is progressing. Took a photo on his IPhone but still waiting for him to email it to me. Speaking of waiting, he presumed his invitation to Cag's 60th birthday party had gone astray?? Luckily for us Marty guided us out of Bristol or we'd have been there for a fortnight.
