Ninh Hai Hamlet - Ninh Hoa Village Nha Trang, Vietnam, +84-58-670-670
The phone rang at 7.30am sharp. Knowing its the wake up call I set yesterday before going to bed, I pick up the handset and put it back without uttering anything. Nisa promptly slapped me with the pillow and said, "You don't have to be rude! The least you can say is thank you!' Dazed, I kiss her forehead and said, "Honey, I wouldn't want to say my appreciation to a machine'. She was lost and after some ...

Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam snurras... thing of all! The next night we move to the Sunrise Hotel. We ended up getting a suite room at the highest floor at this hotel which had a Jacuzzi on the porch overlooking miles of Nha Trang's beach front. We then - for the cost of one massage with Dave (massage therapist to the stars) receives for one treatment, had a 5 hour massage package including mani-pedi, shower, lemongrass steam, Sauna, cool water jacuzzi with fruit floating ...
Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam calexis... Mama-Daughter" combination, we might get our room back again. Nothing we can do here. See if we can get on the internet and make a new plan. See what´s happening in the world. But remember....the electricity fell out around 4am this morning...probably because of the Hurricane...?'!! So no internet. Mmmh that´s strange, we are completly disconnected from the outside world!! But indeed, Typhoon Ketsana hit Vietnam pretty bad. Right in the middle of the east coast, so ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam paulyandblondy... my dismay, i think this is what started the long stream of singers asking for my help in some way or another. Once i showed that i wasn't shy they knew they could take advantage!! the seats on the boat had been readjusted to make a stage and the next singer asked me up to dance while he sang a very badly translated "unchained melody" again wrapped in my towel, as i hadn't the cop on to put my dress back on, i dance with this vietnamese fellow as he sang his ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam bridyfitz... your mind of the fact that you were 8 meters below sea level! I saw a bright yellow trumpet fish, cornet fish, box fish and fish that swam directly at me when we got too close to his home.I also saw a massive blue starfish, sea cucumbers, barracudas and a huge black sea urchin. We wore wetsuits although the sea was really warm, I wasn't expecting to see to much so close to the surface and it the reef had not suffered from erosion or discolouring. We surfaced, had some lunch and went to ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam karkade... is all because of the fall.

This day has been probably the best day I’ve had since I arrived here in Vietnam. I’ve met some great people and I hope to see them again. Dave said he might be able to meet up with me in Cambodia in mid-late August. It’ll be great to see him again.

I'm still waiting to see if my pictures came out from the water park and mud baths. If so keep and eye out for photo updates. :)

Until next time... :)
Nha Trang, Vietnam allieadventures... with the use of a surfboard, but remained unconvinced by our hosts' reassurances that the jellies were harmless.

There were about 8 of us at Jungle Beach, and the most memorable night was undoubtedly a bonfire on the beach where we attempted to play charades with our Vietnamese hosts. After a few demonstrations we invited one lad, Lai, to have a go. As he acted out his turn, everyone sat around, transfixed, saying "I know this one!" After ten minutes ...
Nha Trang, Vietnam chloeb... and having a full day in the sun.

On day 3 in Nha Trang we hit the streets to see some of the city’s sights. We checked out the local pagoda and went to a really impressive photography gallery by Long Thanh. Mr. Thanh has won many awards worldwide for photos that he has taken of the Vietnamese people, countryside, and animals. The gallery was really moving. Since it started to rain, Sarah and I bought some snacks and went to the covered rooftop of our hotel. We ate ...
