... you but when you see up to as many as 30 shutes gliding their way to Ölüdeniz-the real name of this place -you wish you had lost your mind temporarily. Its the bay of the blue lagoon where Mutiny on Bounty was filmed. Lisa says lets get a drink and lunch. Damn, another seaside balcony overlooking the bay .... and unknown to us and some scattering tourists below, the promenade below doubles as, you may have guessed already, the landing strip. And when ...

... about 20 minutes and you could see for miles! Jerry was able to talk his guide into catching up to me and took a few pictures as he sailed by. The parasailling was definitely the highlight of the day- and it was a great day!

Once we got down, Jerry was hungry again but we picked up sandwiches once I reminded him of our bargin, and we headed to the beach. We did not wait 30 minutes after eating to swim. The water is freezing! After I beat Jerry at multiple races ...

... a swim and got lost and one of the crew had to take a dingy out to find him. We went to “Smuggler’s Inn” that night, a bar only accessible by boat. It was fun, though they only played techno and had a total of 6 bottles of alcohol in the whole bar. Day 2 we checked out a cool island with a castle, Kevin found a turtle, we sailed over a sunken city (from an earthquake thousands of years ago) and spent the afternoon at a cute resort ...
