A travel blog entry by lea.lenk on Aug 08, 2014

The first week in England ends...
In Activity we were going to Mini Golf, it was very funny, because it was Pirates Mini Golf ;) But I must say: German Mini Golf is better, itīs more interesting and difficult...

    Brighton Day Out

A beautiful sunny autumn day in England deserves a beach side day trip!

A group of 6 expat Aussies; Abby, Amanda, Brad, Josh, Kate and I made our way on the coach to the sea for the day. Meandering the lane ways and markets, sitting on the pebble beaches and for the crazy others, jumping in the 10degree ocean for a swim!

The queen mum got the royal treatment and her gift to us was beautiful sunshine, warmth and lots of hugs! It began innocently enough with a Cinco De Mayo party....

1 tequila, two tequila, three tequila …floor…Well we proved this quirky saying wrong! The average consumption of Tequila on Cinco De Mayo was about 5-7 shots! Needless to say a lot of stuff went on and I'm here to ...

Arrived back home to a great welcome from Lloyd who even waited for us despite the 2 hour delay! Very happy to be home in good old blighty and meeting up with friends and family. Thanks to all the friends along the way for a wonderful break and truly making it the trip of a lifetime! We look forward to next ...
