After Llanelli we drove back towards Cardiff to visit the National Welsh Museum at St Fagans Park. The Park is a large open air museum with examples of buildings from the 1600s to 1900s. We spent over two very enjoyable hours exploring the site ...

... the process of remodeling the old stone house. It is beautiful. There are still meat hooks in the kitchen. She has kept the old pump (doesn't work). Slate entryways were worn just like the wood entryway at the Ellingson homestead. She has 2 daughters 15 years younger than mine. The Dunstaple Rum & Raisin ice cream was superb.
