    ... is a long 13 km. 30 km later I run out of gas. WTF? Tom goes for gas. Someone stops in a pick up truck and asks if I need help. That's ok. Thanks. I have someone already helping me. 3 minutes later someone pulls up on a red street glide and said here you go buddy. I got your gas. Huh?     ... a teenage conspiracy at this point. If I had my way we would have stayed at Pocahontas campground (a Provincial Campground) - a little more rustic, but probably a little more scenic; however I will say that where we ended up is quite beautiful.     ... Kathleen stand near the vehicle that takes you out on the Glacier. An older version is nearby to compare old to new. Most of the buses are Prevosts and Jayne and Bob would like these.

    The next stop is up hill and a stop/pullover held some fantastic views. We near Jasper and we head into town for a stop. Coffee, ice cream is in order and a walk to see the train station and then we head on to the Hinton KOA. More thoughts later. Long day on the road ...

    ... in Banff, but it was splendid inside. To get to the lake and the hotel, we parked in a motor home park and walked through the woods where the snow was about 18 to 24 inches deep. On the way we laughed because there was this chalet type house that had electric icicles hung from the roof. So do you think they don’t get enough REAL icicles that they need to use electric ones? Our laugh for today!
