... place, good shopping and bars. There is none of that. No designer shops and just a handful of nice bars along the harbour front. The houses are very strange too. It like being in an old American town with lots of chalet and bungalows which are really outdated. We walked to the harbour. We went to Te Papa. Which is the natural history museum in NZ. ... It was so fun! The tunnel like forest road was spooky with the wind blowing in the trees and we felt like a Black Rider might come upon us then and there! But we made it out alive so you can all breath easier. Laura and I of course took pictures in the exact locations that the actual movie was filmed!!

Unfortunately we weren’t allowed to take photos during the tour as it’s a working studio.
