For 300B I bought this painting from a deaf artist named Suwan. He waters trees in the temple grounds.
Nakhon Pathom is the town where the temple was,
Its name escapes my mind because......
Its long.
I'm sure many people have walked past Suwans work before. Maybe because they didn't believe his imparement to be true or maybe they were walking without awareness. I was walking around around the temple, weaving between the pillars ...

... exhausted back to the hotel. We were cheered up to find out they had upgraded us (we might not be lucky with trains but we definitely are with hotels!) and have a siesta. We then got ready for dinner, went to the hotel's Sky bar for our complimentary cocktail (of course) then went for a tasting menu of local Thai delicacies. Still very tired, we came back and had a very restful night's sleep.
