It was a bright early start today, we left the house at 6.30 to head towards the Rotary Youth Exchange test in Nakhon Pathom. Poor Lookkwan was pretty nervous bless her. When we got there, she pretty much ditched us straight away to go sit with her friends.

I found the meeting beforehand pretty interesting really. All the kids there (about 33 of them) had a place on the exchange programme but how well they did in the test decided whether they got their top picks for where to go in ...

... spent about 10 minutes awwing, and running about playing with this kitten before eating the most amazing toasties and croissants. We also took a trip to the Grand Palace. It was gorgeous and everything had so much detail, even the walls were covered in small coloured tiles and sparkly stuff. Silly us forgot to cover our shoulders but we came up with the best idea!...try and sneak in amongst the Thai visitors! Forgetting that we stood out like sore thumbs ...
