... Thee bus was well packed with foreigners from all corners of the world (from Brazil to Australia). I spent a while talking to my seat companion (Christophe) who had been travelling in India for the last nine months before coming to Cambodia. It was great to practise my French (he is half Spanish and half French).

The flat, waterlogged terrain that we saw from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap continued all the way to ...

Mum and I sat relaxed in the hourglass restaurant with a lovely breakfast, that varied from fresh fruits to rice noodles with vegetables in chinese brown sauce/soup which was my first choice as a remembrance of proper ...

A travel blog entry by omclintock on Mar 28, 2014

Landed in Bangkok at about 7am to an uncomfortable 32 degree heat. Wasn't feeling too bad but wanted to waste time before heading of to Khaosan road. I managed to stroll around the airport for a bit and found a place for me to store my bag for £2 for the day. After that I tried to find someone to share my taxi into town. Luckily I found Rachel who was staying close to Khaosan road. Funnily enough she was staying in Rambuttri Villas - where me and Marcus ...
