Waterford, Tramore

... give the planned ferry journey to Spain a miss after Christmas. That journey is 24 hours long!
So after the longest 4 hours of our lives we finally reached (pardon the pun) dry land and drove the short distance to the outskirts of Wexford town and our hotel for the night. Some room service and a good night sleep was in order!

You see, though I hadn’t noticed it in the total confusion of the day before, but there it was, a bathroom scale in our little bathroom! Here in ...
Our First Taste of Ireland
... the black pudding (which we found out later is actually boiled blood!). I was glad I didnt have that! After breakfast the owners said they would drive us into town of Wexford to catch the bus to Kilkenny, but first we had to help herd the sheep back into their pen. We had no idea what we were suppose to do, the man told Tyler to run at them (although thats what we assumed he said, he had a thick Irish accent). After a few tries we finally suceeded, it was actually fun!
