... finished the tour with a walk through the dinosaur garden to view the life-sized replicas of many previously living creatures.

Dinosaur National Monument was next on our schedule. The first entrance is about 20 miles east of Vernal. Our trailer needed some professional attention so I sent Darlene, Larry and Kathy on while I investigated our problem.

... do not enjoy as much - hard rowing and no adrenaline-pumping rapids. Still, we keep ourselves entertained with singing and water fights.

On the other hand, the scenery is stunning. The rock of the canyon is changing from the red sandstone to much lighter limestone with its completely different texture.
