    We left a cold, wet Greenwich on Sunday night and stayed over at the Sofitel at Terminal 5, Heathrow. What a great way to start the trip. Relaxing in the Sofitel bar with a drink and a snack then a good night's sleep before up, shower and a 400 metre indoor walk to check in for a 10.25 flight. Beats the hell out of a sleepless night then getting up at 5am and spending 2 hours in the world's least favourite car park - the M25 - wondering will-you-or-won't-you ...

    ... that looked like they were all around and then shot off. It was a thrilling rollercoaster with unpredictable twists, turns and drops that took your through pitch black 'space'. Up and down, flying around corners, stomach lurching drops and unexpected corners where we had no idea where it was heading.
