    ... the tv and pictures! We knew when we had arrived at our destination as the area completely changed. It went from calm, picturesque and people working out so graffiti on the walls, skate boarders and a strong smell of illegal substances! We popped into a couple of the shops to buy t-shirts, tried a deep fried Twinkie and even saw a french bulldog - nowhere near as good looking as my Hugo! For a snack we had a $2.50 world ...

    After a slow start we headed out for Universal Studios as we decided that being Thanksgiving it would be quieter than other days - we were right apparently. However, we were very wrong in the distance factor - with the taxi ride!
