Great location, great staff although the elevator was a bit hard to find.

I had planned to try and nap, but ended up staying up to watch This is Where I Leave You and a few episodes of …

... for the weekend, he organised for the whole family to come and stay at our hotel for a big reunion. When we arrived in our room, a message was waiting for us from Brad to tell us to come up to their room. All the family was waiting - Melanie, Emma & Charles, parents Bob & Francine and his brother Brian and partner Annie. There were lots of hugs, kisses and popping of champagne corks as we arrived. We left Canada, knowing a lot more about it but also realising just how little of it we had seen. Crossing this small corner of Canada - which covers probably the same space as Central Europe- took us days, missing out loads along the way- and we haven't covered even ...

This was probably the longest leg of the journey that we had planned, as we decided to head all the way back to Montreal in one go. Becca needed to get packed up and moved out of her apartment, and we both were looking forward to getting back into town and relaxing for a few days.

We left Halifax a bit later than we had planned, but were soon on the road making good time. Even though we ...
