The trip over was uneventful - which is always a good thing at 35,000 feet. The wait in Los Angeles for a connecting flight was arduous as we were all so tired by this time...but we know LAX pretty well by now so we knew just where to find the best coffee, gluten free snacks and sleeping spots.

The main attraction is the view - not an option as the mountain was a total whiteout, the Lumberjack Show - unfortunately closed on week days due to the busy season having closed and the 2 grizzly bears which can be seen in their 5 acre habitat area if lucky.
