Recovery, borders and fantastic fish!
... was actually a newly forming volcano in the middle of two other volcano's! This also means that there might be various aftershocks and tremors sometimes on a weekly basis which could be pretty interesting in the upcoming weeks!

Another day watching the world go by
... was a fauna talk - boy the sea birds out here are huge! We spent a lot of time up on the navigation bridge sighting lots of whale spouts but no breaching. Thankfully the swell is only 2-2.5 metres the last few crossings have been up to 10 metres - however we have taken the kwells just in case. Not much else happening here just relaxing!

Saying So Long to the South
... do to be staying in hostels, the benefits of kitchens and social interaction far outweigh the benefits of a hotel or b&b BUT I have no doubt we will go for the odd night or two of anti-social hotel luxury :-)
