Started our road trip today. We drove out of Dallas towards Jackson, Mississippi stopping along the way for lunch at Catfish Village that serves tradition southern food. We had more than our fill of deep fried EVERYTHING.

I have absolutely NOTHING to say. Today was a boring day of driving. We decided to forgo Beale Street and Graceland as really bad weather was predicted for Memphis and after seeing news this evening it was a good choice. We are now south of Jackson MS other than that I have not a clue where we are. The computer filled in the location above. Working our way home. See you soon..........

Jackson was en route to our next big destination, Clarksdale, however over the last couple of years in Carnarvon we (in particular Louisa) had grown to like a bit of country music and Jackson was one of her Carnarvon songs and so it was a must see on the trip.

Jackson is the capital of the Mississippi and there really isnīt much to ...
