... ochtend om 8 uur met een lege maag op het yogamatje. Focussen op je ademhaling en proberen de poses zo goed mogelijk uit te voeren. Hoewel de leraar benadrukt dat je vooral niet te ver moet stretchen, doe je dit toch al snel. Maar achteraf gaf het een fijn, ontspannen gevoel. Voor herhaling vatbaat dus. ... tied to my luggage.... And no sleep, as every time I tried to nod off, out shot a hand from the dark, to rest on parts of my body usually reserved for invitation only.
