... in-room wi-fi and as I had no access to wi-fi at Pike Run either I went down to the courtyard area to log on so that the photos I had taken would stream from my phone to my iPad. ... Ale House for a nightcap. I had a super tasty s’mores stout that I would love to find again somewhere. They had a huge selection of unique beers. We were too full for any more food but everything coming out of the kitchen looked delish. We stayed up way too late that night laughing and making the most hilarious whaling video you’ve ever seen. Like I said, never a shortage of laughs around Sinclair!

The weather here in California is nice and has not experienced the epic cold storms that have hit the other parts of the US. So far the average temperature has been 23 degrees. Our next stop is Palm Springs.

We explained that we couldn’t because we were about to start a tour of their city. He seemed genuinely pleased that we were interested in Mazatlan. We decided then to make our way across LA to Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Walk of fame - which was great. Spotted lots of interesting folk, the names of some of our favourite actors and actresses on the walk. Plenty of tours selling the yarn of a 70% discount to take a tour with them.
