My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I found it comfortable and clean as well as being in a good location. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

brilliant location for the markets and east access to the tubes but the hotel doesnt have any wifi, the computers are really slow and you cant plug anything into them. Also the beds need changing they are hard as a rock.
Apart from these two its a cracking hotel.

All to soon my time in Thailand has come to an end and today I board flight number eleven. Its funny when you book a holiday at home.... for me I cant wait to get to the airport and fly.... having flown so much in a short space of time the novelty wears away very quickly.

My flight isn't until this afternoon and I'm still hoping I can …

Morning all from a sunny Hong Kong!

It's 9.30am and I've slept in but before long I'm up and ready to explore this city... well after a large coffee and some breakfast!!

Although there are not as many bright lights during the day this city has a really nice feel about it and its busy... so many people going to work or exploring …

Our flight was a little late in leaving so we didn't land in Hong Kong till about 11pm. We were supposed to have a transfer arranged but they told us last minute they stopped at 10pm so couldn't do it. Instead we got a taxi from the airport which was actually really easy and stress free. There was different coloured taxis for the various areas and …

        Day 29 - late evening

The sun retreated for the night which made the merchants lay out their wares as if just like blood sucker vampires, they waited for darkest before coming out of hiding. Street performers began to emerge while fortune tellers, to start their trades.

        Day 29 - late afternoon

I made my way back to the waterfront with a big smile on my face. Why not! Now that I've seen the statue I was looking for…..I was a happy camper!

The waterfront at Victoria Harbour wasn’t as crowded as I’d expect….after all, we were in daylight. But then, that downpour of just a …
