Edmonton, Alberta, Canada h2bid2009... I am looking forward to seeing the sights, tasting the different types of food, relaxing on the beach, going scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, hanging in my hammock, playing my guitar, and just enjoying life at a slower more relaxed pace. <br>
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada hbarry... but we'll see how it goes! We are headed up to see the family in Neerlandia tomorrow night, we will head back to the city on Friday night to attempt to get some sleep. Randy has a "brilliant" plan to got to bed early Friday night and wake up at 2:00 AM on Saturday (10:00 AM Amsterdam time). I think he can keep that plan to himself, I am getting some rest! We will see some of you tomorrow, to the rest, have a great Easter!
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada brittany-randy... then taking a 24 hour bus. The window Only supplements for T.V at times of civil unrest. As well as Catching a flight These days with all the security measures you must give yourself ample time Before the actual departure time Which equals Spending an extra 2-3 hours Bored Waiting to catch a flight And then additional time Bored sitting in a uncomfortably small space. I think part of the reason of why these 2 specific parts of travel are so lonely is ...
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada senorbrian... and their two children, Marcus and Madison, met us in the mall, and we went back to their house before going out to dinner at Dynasty, a Chinese dimsum restaurant; another first for us. The food was really good and mum used her chopsticks this time! After dinner, Karen gave us a tour of her new, gorgeous condo and we returned to our hotel room. I haven't seen the Chau's since I was 9, so it was really nice to have a couple days to visit.
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada georgelung... of Lucille's dreams was to visit the forbidden city and climb the wall of China. So we will be doing both during the three days in Beijing. We will then go to Saigon and spend a few days there to get visas in place for Cambodia where we will be spending January 2009 travelling. Getting our tickets today was totally exciting as it sets our travel plans in motion.
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada bowtie... and Rory we like to see magically returned to their bodies. A Worrisome Campsite. We set up the tent in the afternoon. We are about 100 yards off the lake with a good view of the mountains down in Montana. Upper Waterton Lake is about four and a half miles long, bounded on both sides and the south end by very tall mountains. An incredible view of Rockies. The summer sun heats the air and it rushes out ...
Waterton Park, Alberta, Canada chere... a full breath of air so I attempted to step outside during the spine strengthening series. Big mistake. As I opened the door, I scraped the sharp metal edge right across my big toe. Immediately the inch long gash began to squirt blood. It was kinda gross but I was more shocked than anything that a wound so deep didn't hurt. After bandaging it up, I slipped back into class for the ...
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada whereshegoes... away from the stove. These little strands burn quickly and there is really only seconds between the stage of golden browness and black burntness. We are going for the toasted look. Let cool. Finally, prepare the mix as directed on the box but substitute the water with the can of crushed pineapple. Use the juice and all and mix it all but with the hand blender according to the box directions. When it is all light and fluffy, fold in the toasted nuts and coconut. Pour it all into ...
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada whereshegoes... the plane to Seattle we managed to relax and eat a little which made us feel better and we met a really nice guy named Dave, who lived in a town near Seattle. He told us about a hotel near the airport, with a free shuttle and gave us a ride there. That night, we both had high spiking fevers and other unpleasant things. The hotel however was very nice and comfortable. We managed to get quite a nice sleep though we both woke up either with chills or hot ...
