A family visit would not be complete without a visit to our ancestors' graves. We visited 4 gravesites on the hillside above my great grandfather's house. There are many overseas Qingtian people living mostly in Europe. We&#8217;ve heard people speaking fluent Spanish, French and German here. Actually very few go to America, so we haven&#8217;t heard any English!

On Sept. 4 China has "Teacher's Day" where students bring in cards and stuff to their teachers. My big question is why we have to work on Teacher's Day but meh, it's cute.
