... how you were so glad to have a place to shower after not showering for 2 days because you just can’t imagine doing anything in a place where the toilets had maggots and flies everywhere.

Alright, am feeling better already, hopefully I can get to the beer brewery in Tsingtao and get my hands on those wonderful Tsingtao stouts and sell it at the dorm and make some money to raise funds for my accommodation for the next ...

With the boats all clean and put away the bus had arrived to take us back to the campus. By the time we got back everyone was exhausted. We decided to give the beach a miss for tonight since it wasn’t that sunny anyway and head for bed.

I can't tell you how amazing it is to wake up in a place like Weihai. I think I might actually love it here. Before we could go to the beach though we had to take part in an orientation with the rest of the people on the course and then do 2 hours of our mandarin. After the introductions the Chinese teacher informed us that she will no longer be speaking any English to us and from now on to only talk in mandarin, which is good because hopefully we will pick the language ...
