      The wind was howling on Piz Gloria and the view from the rotating 360 restaurant was hampered by the wind the rain and the clouds. That didn’t stop us from getting some sweet shots with Bond and his counterpart. We ran out and looked at the area around us at almost 3 km above sea level.

      Only a couple of minutes was enough for us and we skedaddled indoors where we walked around the gift shop (totally got a 007 Shot glass) then to the free Bond ...

      ... While the mountains/Alps are absolutely spectacular, I am a bit over the crossing backward and forward over them. My diet high in Kwell tablets has prevented me from feeling too crook, but the hairpin bend after hairpin bend is still a bit much, ears popping or blocking constantly....       Anyway, conquered the pass and headed for Italy, Aosta to be exact as that was the next practical spot to cross through rather than over the mountains. I had seen enough of th ehigh mountain passes for one day and craved the tunnels through mountain type of road for a while. In one of these tunnels I passed into Italy and then found a room in the Alpine village of Morgex yet another cute as a button village along the road.
