We all slowly fell in love with Slovenia, camping in the pine trees, swimming in the lake and chilling amongst the mountains. The campsite was full of Dutch teenagers making the most of the activities on offer on the raging river running past the campsite. A great couple of nights enjoying the surroundings, even with some traditional Slovenian music thrown in as we ate dinner on the last ...

At the top of Vogel, we took a ton of pictures of the stunning mountains ...

Life was great - the air is simply pure and clean, the food amazing, the people are friendly and we booked 6 months. No visa is required for Americans visiting most EU countries for 90 days, but we applied for a visa extension just ...

... introduction to the area. Bled is a town of 5000 people, but in the summer there are around 30000 because of tourism. He explained that almost every house in town has at least one room they rent out during the summer. Tom gave us advice on what to do and even though it was early evening and things close down in this town early, Ren and I decided to head down to the lake and relax. The water is so clear and the views all around are beautiful. We found a dock ...
