    ... tour included lunch in a cavernous, dark restaurant. We had fresh trout which we enjoyed, but the wine was very bland.
    Cesky Krumlov is my favorite medieval town thus far- indeed, the entire day was a highlight of the tour for me. I think that being over my ailment was a contributing factor to my enjoyment.
    I'm actually finishing this blog off on Friday but hope to get today's blog off to you by tomorrow morning.

    Of course we were up at the crack of dawn, getting ready for our first big cycle day. It's pretty daunting for me with the distance. I don't do very much cycling (or anything else for that matter). Cheryl does her exercise bike every day and has done for 15 years so she's a lot fitter and stronger than me. She'll be fine.     ... pastures, pine forests, little shrines in the fields and in the forest edges, very large farmhouses, all buildings neat and brightly painted. Lovely!
