Today we woke early to have breakfast before our taxi came to take us to the train station. We were running a tad late due to the overly relaxed concierge and when we arrived at the station were in trouble for being only 2 mins early for the bus. To add to the pressure we had to pay the taxi driver the fee of €25 which would have been fine if we had the cash or had time to go to the ATM. The hotel was lovely, a huge spacious room and a fantastic view of the mountains. What more could you ...

It hosts a giant dome made of concrete that is soooo impressive architects today are still not 100% sure of the technique to build this structure. All I know is that it was a very impressive building with brilliant artwork and marble/gold adorning the facade - Piazza Novona - in what city do you stumble on a square and find a fountain sculpted by Bernini...this is cry cray!!! After ticking ...
