... cross-country and downhill, and as an experienced downhill skier I have to say that the Telemark boots were a lot more comfortable than downhill boots and the lack of a heel attachment meant that there was so much more technique needed. Book a ski instructor if you want to get down the slope safely!
Overall, I think Livigno is a fantastic place to ski and the Italians are very hospitable and full of fun, as expected.
Totally confusing town. Lots of signs heading into town. lots of exit roads on both sides of the river, but no bloody sign. As soon as I got to the centre of town the signs would disappear.

As I continued I headed into the clouds and it started to get really cold and wet. My fingers were cold, and I used a trick I learned in Norway. Whenever you can, put your hands on the engine block and get some warmth into the fingers, especially the clutch fingers.
