So here we are in Phuket sat in a cafe drinking iced coffee (not Dan obviously) eating cake and writing up our latest blog entry. Tomorrow we get a flight to Bali where we are looking forward to some surfing, yoga and hopefully some more scuba. It was just a pretty normal day at sea. In honor of Valentine's Day, the culinary demonstration was of chocolate soufflé and chocolate truffles -- both recipes were pretty simple and are ones I will try at home. It was a sheer rock face with only a few old ropes and roots to help you along! It was a massive challenge for me but I'm so glad I did it!!! The view from the viewpoint was amazing!!! However. a sheet vertical climb down and abseiling meant I may have sent my camera on a voyage with Nick to get some pics of ...
