      Our four-day stay at Big White has come to an end and we are now back in Kelowna. It is snowing here too! We had a great Christmas Day. Riley and I spent a couple of hours in the afternoon tubing. Tubing is GREAT fun. You sit in the tube as you get towed up the mountain, then you come hurtling down - either straight down, in pairs or larger groups, and with or without a spin.       ... at Happy Valley and headed home. Nice day boarding this morning! I had work at 1pm and had 6 clients. I met some awesome ladies I treated that lived in Oakwood near Toronto and they offered Allana and I a bed to stay for a week when we travel around. Grainne McCurry is her name. Best time to visit is around July/Aug. After work we went out for dinner at Corey's with the girls for homemade parmas :) ...

      ... of another bird in a tree nearby. He was visible to the eye but hard to capture on camera amongst the leaves. He had grey plummage and was quite fluffy so he may well have even been a juvenile. It was turning out to be an exciting visit. We didnt see any skunk cabbage or have the opportunity to smell their pungant aroma (thank goodness) as it was the wrong time of year but on the remaining walk I did manage to spot a birds nest and a few more frogs.
