Drove to Jekyl Island first today. Arrived around 1:30. Drove to the far side of the island to a picnic area and had lunch. We enjoyed a walk along the driftwood beach and took pictures of some of the interesting driftwood specimens. We were on the road again by 3:00 - heading to Waycross, Georgia. Tomorrow we move on to Crawfordville for 3 days and plan to be home on Monday. Our trip is really winding down and we are looking forward getting home.
