    Washing day

Day just chilling in Horsford and a spot of cheap and cheerful lunch at The Oaks. Washing done and nicely drying in the sun ready for our next stint.

Edinburgh for 2 nights then 'old London Town for 7. Plenty of people to catch up with and so looking forward to it. Will have a day up the East End, go and view the Shard plus lots more in the greatest city in the world. (Oh ok that's always debatable but certainly one of the greatest)

After another trip around a windmill we reached Mundesley and found a nice little tea shop and ordered a bit of food and coffee while trying not to drip too obviously on the funiture. Then off to the B&B which is very nice. This evening we are planning to dodge the thunderstorms to have a bite to eat in the local pub. Hopefully not getting wet again.

Following the obligatory quick trip to the local supermarket for supplies we were off on our way to Hemsby. Today's route took us initially eastwards towards Lowestoft and then northwards up the coast to Great Yarmouth and finally to Hemsby. The weather for the trip was hot and sunny as it has been for most of the time on our trip so far. Lowestoft was much nicer than I had expected, with a ...

We headed back to Denise's sister's place hoping the elusive camping card needed for Europe had arrived. :( more on that later.

I'm not sure the sat nav really understands how big Big Gerty really is as it took us down lanes and "roads" that are only roads by name and the fact they are tarmac. Seriously, they were so narrow that at times I wondered if I was going to fit through. Despite that the places we saw were ...

... shorts and deck shoes. We ended up having some lunch at Adnams brewery. Nice bit of food, but expensive.

The B&B is really nice, recently refurbished and with a lovely deep bath in the room.

We had an evening meal at Prezzos in Beccles which is a converted cinema with the high domed room. Another one to add to our collection of unusual eateries.
