We had the mooring all to ourselves. We all slept better than ever. Pity that this actually isn't really another day on the Broads as we had to hand back the ship at 9:30 the latest. However we had lunch at the "Kings Arms" (Cheese Burgers for the kids, steak sandwich for me and scampi salad for Jane). I had to tap in my credit card number three times after there were transmission errors the first two times. It works in Namibia but not out in the sticks on the Broads.

... and they would be with us soon. "Soon" in Norfolk is a long time! The induction consisted of a quick tour of the boat and then we took her for a spin. One go at mooring, one 3-point turn, one reverse parking and we were let loose.

By this time it was quite late so we simply went a bit North up the River Ant where we noticed a single boat mooring on a bank and we joined them. A herd of Scottish Highland ...
