... appetites further and we are already thinking about our next adventure to Scotland. Edinburgh and the North of England have been very interesting and provided the cultural and historical elements to our trip. All that remains now is to thank you all for reading and commenting on our blogs and to Len for providing the taxi service between Taunton and Bristol and of course a very large pile of washing! Until the next adventure... ...

Another lovely day for walking, though sadly today the route and scenery were less spectacular than the weather. The start of the day was promising with a two mile walk out if Byrness alongside a "babbling brook". Very pretty with the added bonus of us seeing three Dippers together, feeding in the stream. I got in touch with my cousin Dorothy via FB and asked if she would ...

... another brilliant one, thank you Scott!) Tonight we have had dinner, discussed the plan for tomorrow, and walked to the beach where we saw the lido (sea-water swimming pool) which has clearly seen better days. All in all a slightly less active day than we've been used to recently, but we put a lot of miles on the clock. Tomorrow we plan to use the laminated information cards that Scott's Dad provided to visit the Priory and Collingwood's statue.... Until Next ...
