        Our tiring legs were given a thorough massage when we got back on the 30 minute ferry ride back to Circular Quay from Manly Wharf.. With the chill winds picking up, and the views of the harbour and the pacific ocean sliding by, we were finally welcome by the majestic Sydney Opera House and the spectacular skyline of "the city".... with the sun just setting behind the Harbour Bridge... a glorious end to an amazing day..

Seeing as though we had had a small lunch (for us) we decided to treat ourselves to an ice cream - we were at the beach after all! $6 bought us possibly the biggest ice cream I have ever seen. The free toppings you did yourself meant we both went to town, mainly by accident, on sprinkles, hundreds and thousands, and sauces.
