The coast south of Francisco called me another day and I explored Half Moon Bay,Palo Alto,and before I headed back I just had to go to Apple headquarters!!! Great fun and so interesting to see all the nerdy ...

... and out of the shops- one is reminded of Nantucket-water, sailboats, restaurants,and shops.
After a delightful lunch at Sam's we rested a while then ironically we went to see Michael Moore's capitalism.

Thought I had sent the above to you all, but I guess not. Dorothy left this morning. Did we ever have a great, fun week. The weather generally was not to good until yesterday-which was the very best so far, and today is quite nice. Let's see, what did we do ...

... a big queen bed with Ralph Lauren bed linens. A great bathroom with a walk in shower,loads of hot water. I could prepare and server a dinner for eight or so from the kitchen. It has every thing from a tea kettle to instant hot water!! all kinds of cookware, tools and utensils.However I'm on vacation so they may not get too much use. A real plus is a washer and dryer!!
