    So I am officially packed up (.f.i.n.a.l.l.y..) and the fact that I am leaving is actually starting to dawn on me! I am so excited and I can hardly wait to be dumped off with all my stuff and meet 29 new people!

    ... Tots, eggplant parm, stir fry, mashed potatoes, broccoli, salmon and basically anything else imaginable. Thanks to our friend Stefan we felt like bums on thanksgiving day at a soup kitchen!!!! After rolling each other out of the establishment we were pleasantly greeted by sing alongs back in the dorm room, some real stand up Minnesota fellas trying to make a difference! They weren't scared of our cookies, taser or Stefan's overly sexual advances ...

    ... Minneapolis at 10:55 a.m. with a stop in Chicago before flying across the pond. If everything goes well with no delays I should reach London at 5:55 a.m. on Thursday morning. London is six hours ahead of Minneapolis so if anyone is reading this it will be 11:55 P.M. for you on Wednesday night when I land.

    ... a great combination of old and new. Stretched out along the Mississippi, at the locks near the falls, are multiple renovated buildings that demonstrate the rebirth of the city. The Mill Museum retains the walls from the time it exploded but has built a glass-and-steel structure inside. Beyond that, the Guthrie stands as a black box with a big erection.
