    ... with a 12 hour flight to San Francisco, and the same again for a 31/2 hour flight to Vancouver. He tried sleeping but asked me to wake him up for the two amazing meals AirNZ served during the flight.     ... at the amazing 'Bic Camera' - I bought a 'prime' lens for my camera which Debra says will force me to use manual settings and help me learn about the 'exposure triangle'! Wednesday evening braved a restaurant on my own!! Thursday - recovered and prepped for Kevin coming home! Felt a huge sense of achievement. Enjoyed all my activities and loved spending time with my new friends. Spent a few pennies.....Kevin may think twice about going away again ...

    ... some really big differences between Tokyo and other cities I've visited before. It's incredible to see how quiet and calm this city is. No one is shouting or running, you don't hear crazy police alarms in the distance or cars honking. It's really something I've only experienced here so far. Also how clean everything is!
