Historical Traveler Reviews of Warwick Hotel Denver
Loved the Hotel
from CKBOW
We stayed at the Warwick upon recommendation by a co-worker. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The furniture and decor were above standard. We used the hotel taxi to take to LoDo..the drivers were very friendly and made great restaurant recommendations. He even got us a table reserved at a restauant that was full! We are planning a trip back in another few weeks and are again staying at the Warwick. We've decided that we wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting the Denver area! We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, great value

we spent two nights at the warwick in august 2004. our room was spacious and clean, the kids loved the rooftop pool - great views, and the parking was convenient. The only downside was that the surrounding area seemed pretty desrted at night.
Excellent, classic hotel.

We spent our 50th anniversary here. Three nights. We married in Denver in 1953 and wanted to check out some of our old haunts. The Warwick is elegant and comfortable. Very large room, excellent bed and luxury bathroom. I passed up the Brown Palace as the Warwick offered a much better value and has self-service, very convenient parking. We had a terrific stay and would pick the Warwick again on any stay in Denver.
It was ok

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at your hotel. The room was clean and very large. The bed was comfortable. I was there for medical issues. So comfort was my real concern. The staff were easy to deal with. Room service was quit a treat, food was wonderful. It arrived hot and there was not a long wait for it to arrive. Nice presidation. The roof top pool and the gym are great as well.
The size of the television was to small for a large room. There was no terrace belcony furniture to sit on to relax in the evening. I don't understand why we had to pay for parking at your hotel. I think we paid enough to stay there. There are no screens on the windows.
I come to Denver every six months. I really have to think about my return to the Warwick. It was not the best Ive stayed in. But it was far from being the worst. There is some need of improvment to be made..
It could easily be made into a five star hotel.
Worst beds I have ever slept in
from A TripAdvisor Member
This was my second trip to the Warwick. The first just after it reopened two years ago. It is a delightful hotel with friendly staff and a good location. The rooms are large and clean. However there is already sign of wear and tear. Most important, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in and I was forced to move to another hotel or not sleep! I did discuss this with the front desk who suggested that the bed had been slept in more than others in the hotel.
They were friendly and did offer to change me but not till late in the day I was not prepared to risk it, I moved to the Westin which was excellent and noted for its beds. When I mentioned this to another member of staff I was told this was a common complaint.

The Warwick reminded me hotels from a day gone by. The lobby and bar were rich with wood wood wood. Apparently that was a large part of their recent renovation. The people always ready to go out of thier way to help you. The best thing about my stay was the absolutely huge room. I checked in at the last minute and they had only one room left. I expected a small dingy room but instead got a very large, well furnished room that two seperate employees appologized for....Why? I still dont know. No complaints.

My 11 year old daughter and I had a very late arrival on a recent
Thursday night. Everything was so comfortable at this pleasant hotel.
The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff goes out of the way to be
helpful. The restuarant had much better than average food and the
prices were reasonable, compared to a Hyatt or Marriot. I'd stay at
there again.
A Wonderful Treat

Stayed at the Warwick for one very pleasant night in July 2002. Got a great deal for $79. The room was very well appointed and large. Loved the marble sink in the elegant bathroom. Swam in the heated roof top swimming pool, with a lovely nighttime view of Denver. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked out the next day and the Hotel offered the Chauffeur to drive us to our play and then even picked us up afterwards. This was after we had checked out.... now that was service. Not sure that would be offered during their busy time, but it sure impressed me. I would certainly return to the Warwick in Denver.
Great place to stay

Several years ago we travelled from England to stay in The Warwick Hotel, Due to missing a connecting flight we mislaid all our luggage. The staff there (One in particular, a male who previously worked for an airline company) helped us out by tracking down our luggage. We had a great stay in Denver and really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

A very nice, large room, very well appointed. The two criticisms I have are
1) the television was a little small, and 2) the food from room service ranged
from mediocre (cheeseburger) to not-so-good (creme brulee). Great value
otherwise for the price. Nice views from the balconies of the higher floor rooms.
Within walking distance from the fun and funky capitol district and the great
Avenue Grill as well as th 16th Street Mall. The service at the hotel was
professional, accessible, friendly and accomodated me in a moment of need.
I travel on business quite a bit and was impressed with this property and the
staff.
